Adnium's an ad network so we don't spend any :) However we have seen a significant boost in our ROI since hiring yours truly ;)

£100 per month and yes we see a ROI otherwise we wouldn't bother.

I do not spend much on paid ads (only buy ads on quality sites) because I mostly rarely on the organic traffic.

haven't had any good results with paid traffic so gave up
