Know a good source of contract templates?
 

I was searching for a simple contract template involving a buyer and seller of a domain/website business.

I found one that should be enough...

What do you think ?

Hard to see but a good template. You might want to change municipally to virtually and amend to execute. That document is meant to go with another one. Those changes make it more usable as a standalone document.

Thanks, I realize the first document template I posted wasn't that good but it should be enough for the kind of business transaction I'm dealing with this time. Plus relic made a nice contribution. I might even rearrange some other words as well on my own even though it's not my strong point.

Why not use escrow.com or sedo.com?

For 50-200$ (or a bit more depending on sale price) you'll get a secured transaction between the buyer and the seller.

escrow.com would be best option
