I mentioned in the other topic you posted in that the Koch's had nearly 1 billion in their war chest this time around. However they spend the bulk of their money down the ladder at the state level.

They get way more bang for their buck influencing governor races and members of congress.

I kind of assume they bailed out of the presidential race once Trump was gonna win. They like guys more like Bush or even Cruz. It wouldn't surprise me if they backed Hillary over Trump.
