Melania Trump might be deported
The Trump clown car is out of control.
Turns out Melania Trump came to the United States in 1995 under a B-1 Visa. This is a Temporary Business Visitor, and you are not allowed to work in the United States under this visa. Turns out the recently released photos of Melania Trump was taken while she was under this visa. Melania was hired in 1995 as a model, and the photos were taken in Manhattan. In fact, it was impossible for Melania to legally work in the United States because her native Slovenia was not part of the State Department?s visa waiver program until 1997. She violated her visa, which means she lied on her application for a green card. If you lie on your application for a green card, well, you get deported. It doesn't seem to matter if you are married to an American or not. Gaps in Melania Trump's immigration story raise questions - POLITICO |
Well i guess the game is afoot now.
The ole democratic party is fighting for all illegals to stay, but not one married to a billionaire..lol |
If you believe for a second that Trump will win and will be able to deport 11 million people are you a bigger asshat than I thought possible.
|
The Rumpster wont let that happen..he has contacts and deep pockets
|
Wouldn't it be interesting if trumph knew this and planned this all along?
|
that was 20+ years ago for fucks sake, and nothing to do with Donald Trump... you guys are sinking pretty damn low...

Trump will make an announcement that he's sen the light and fuck deporting illegals.
Plus, I don't think Melania will have any trouble staying. Get real. lol. |
The only way she will be deported is if Trump wants to trade her in for a younger wife

We'll investigate Clinton a dozen times when there is little evidence a crime has been committed, but when a crime has been committed.... No one is interested. I am pretty sure if the Republican party was hacked and it's email handed out to the public they would instantly demand an investigation. It seems it's impossible for Melania to have legally worked in the United States prior to 1997, yet we have proof she worked in the Untied States in 1995. She violated her visa, and then lied about it on her green card application. She became a United States citizen under false pretenses by lying about it. That's grounds for deportation. |

You mean the reporter reporting the story? Children screaming "take that bitch down" "burn that witch" "lock her up!" at Trump rallies seems "make America great again" means something different to the GOP, they've elevated American discourse to such an esteemed level :disgust Russia, Trump and his supporters love you |

All the senators with classified clearance sending/receiving classified emails on their personal servers, just like Hillary to this very day, including 3 Republicans at the Comey hearing. This was brought up during the hearing. Your candidate was convicted of antitrust violations. You support him. He's on federal trial Nov. 28th for class action consumer fraud. Federal trial for RICO charges. And in 45 days trial in NYC for consumer fraud and operating as a false educational institution. You still support him. |

I had one of our programmers leave country for almost a year because they fucked up on his H-1B application. Don't ;pick and chose. Trumps anchor wife in no different from Raj Kumar. |
We need to build a wall.and deport that illegal job stealing criminal. She might be a killer and a rapist..

Wont happen, and honestly Melania shouldn't be a target here, releasing her lesbian nudes was a bit much.
When you run for president you need to be prepared for every rock to be looked under. They are finding alot of rocks... |

Having worked illegally under a visa is not tantamount to a felony crime? It's more about why Trump thinks he is so 'special.' People are not going to kiss his ass now that he is a politician -- it's open season -- the press is going to shoot -- any reasonable person of sound mind should know that. |

One is a presidential candidate who is being investigated over and over again where there is little evidence of any wrong doing, and the other is the spouse of presidential candidate who is running on a platform that highlights immigration.... If we found out Bill Clinton lied about something they would be carrying pitchforks. |

on the other hand Melania Trump is accused of doing a couple of modelling gigs she supposedly worked illegally 20 years ago? :helpme what's next? someone will leak Trump's DMV records, you clowns will find out he got busted for going 5mph over the speed limit when he was a teenager, and then CNN will be blabbing about it for 2 weeks? :1orglaugh |

Okay, super. We'll just over look that violation of that law. It's "not important". Let's focus on something much more important - email. One hundred and twenty FBI agents (and god only knows how many FBI attorneys) spent over a year reviewing Clinton's use of a private server for emails, and then immediately demanded a second investigation when the FBI and the Justice Department declined to press any charges. Yet oddly enough the Republican party doesn't seem to be too interested in investigating how the Democratic party had their emails hacked. I guess that's just not important either. We have obvious crimes being committed, and the Republican party is doing nothing. Instead, they'll order up another investigation into Clinton because maybe she might have done something wrong, and if not at the very least it will make her look bad. |
remember bush did the same thing! tough on illegals and all the staff at his home were un documented workers!

This issue was just discussed on CNN.
They say she didn't get paid for the work. LOL. How did she support herself for years without a job in a foreign country? |

He insists immigrants should only be here if they are here legally. His own wife is here illegally. She took jobs that would have more than likely been filled by a true red-blooded American, or someone who went through all the proper procedures of being here legally. Such admiration for you, why are you being this absurd? |

Are they still whores when they do it for free? |

I find it amusing that some here think Trump will live by the rules he wants others to live by. He's never shown any interest in doing this before and won't now.
