This is pretty big news to not be on the front page here - 3rd Circuit Won't Rehear 2257 Case - XBIZ.com
The 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday denied the Justice Department?s petition for a rehearing over a three-judge panel?s decision over 18 U.S.C. §§2257 and 2257A, the federal statutes that govern performer record-keeping for sexually explicit content. ?The petition for rehearing filed by appellee in the above-entitled case having been submitted to the judges who participated in the decision of this court and to all the other available circuit judges of the circuit in regular active service, and no judge who concurred in the decision having asked for rehearing, and a majority of the judges of the circuit in regular service not having voted for rehearing, the petition for rehearing by the panel and the Court en banc, is denied,? a panel for the 3rd Circuit decided today. |

Imagine an industry where no one could put up porn content without being able to prove the age and complicity of the model.
Most here can only imagine and see their jobs go down the toilet. I can remember the times when it was real. |

If this forum is full of surfers, what does that say about the true professionals who abandoned this industry then go on to complain about it?

It says this forum used to be a fun place for industry people to hang out and do business. These days, obviously not su much. :2 cents: |
They could still try to appeal to the US Supreme Court. However, with the rabid anti-porn Justice Scalia gone they probably couldn't get a Writ of Certiorari -- the 4th Amendment warantless searches are now unlawful as ordered by the Court (after the appeal window is closed).
Orin Hatch -- shit the bed ... Congress will perhaps rewrite that part of the law. |

If you chose to discuss future misuse of tax payer funds, let's discuss Hillary's plan to allow 850 thousand Syrian Refugees in to the United States and who is going to foot the bill ? Maybe she and her screwed up impeached Adulterated husband can entertain a few more Goldman Sachs speeches in order to pay for it. Quote:

The problem here is those who are in business are mostly webmasters who could be promoting toilets and bog rolls. Needs a poll. |
