Dry eye seems like a problem nowdays

Must be people don't cry like they did in the olden days.

It's either that or computer screens.

Contact lenses and air conditioning

Def computer screens. We all use Visine in the office. Plus looking away from the screen for at least 20 secs also helps

PR_Glen 08-15-2016 11:23 AM

i get it at home more often than at the office. i tend to have my ac cranked there so that could be the reason right there. no contacts though.

ContentBay 08-15-2016 12:17 PM

Yup I have this shit, dry eye because of the monitor.
I wear contacts and I have blurry vision with them on, so I have to wear glasses during the day.
Then I use them only during some physical activities or going out...it sucks dick, but that's life.

Doctor said to blink more often

I blame computer screens for why I use progressive trifocals these days. The only distance I can focus without glasses is the exact distance between the screen and where I sit. I chalk it up to all the years spent editing pics...staring at the screen 10-12 hours or more a day.

Yes, you're right, but the industry won't admit it's computers causing this for obvious reasons :2 cents:

I am using GenTeal Lubricating Eye Drops, it alleviates dry eyes:

Sounds like a snake oil mumbo-jumbo. All points they make are vague as fuck.

"GUNNAR lens focusing power helps you hold focus on your screens and minimizes eye muscle fatigue"

Use the force, Luke! :1orglaugh

They didnt pay me or give me free glasses to come in here and say that I've had good results and they've helped with my eyes. I said that because the glasses i paid full price for help me with my eyes.

Buy some or dont, makes no difference in my daily life.
