Sure, big, ferm, natural boobs are the dream, but if you aren't blesed by nature with all of these atributes...what would you prefer? Small and natural or big, but not so natural.

I personally notice many people following big fake boobs & have wondered on occasions whether to have fake, lucky, I was blessed with reasonable sized natural tits with a natural cleavage & well balanced nipples.

Natural, big b small c, shapely, as in, they have a nice swoop to them with a little sticking out past the ribcage for a hint of side boob. Puffy nipples, but not too puffy where it's like a cock head. Puffy enough though where they typically always need a bra because when soft the puffy areola is visable, when hard the nipple is visible.
