They're insane these days
The other day they nullified the fourth amendment
Meanwhile one of them she looks like a complete utter sociopath and decided to take a position against a political candidate
Now we have one apparently supporting an activist group

Are they all just watching Beavis & Butthead or - ampersand

How do you break the law when you make the law? We still have a 4th amendment? Is Trump the political candidate you speak of? LOL

correction...they dont make the law they interpret it, they make sure that a law is within the limits of the constitution. Congress makes laws

You can argue that judges are "activist" but all that really means is that they have ideas about things like Roe v Wade without having heard any arguments on the issue....ie they aren't unbiased as judges are supposed to be.

Oh I dont argue that they dont make bad decisions upholding the patriot act, RICO and Citizens United come immediately to mind

I'm talking about whichever case was in Utah where the police openly admit to making an illegal traffic stop but say fuck you anyway we're going to fuck you and then the lower court gets it wrong says motherfuck you idiots then it goes to Utah supreme and they get it right and say no conviction you scum and then it goes to the top and they say we're retarded trash fuck the 4th amendment because we're crooked garbage
