I am having hard time finding an targeted visitor CPM advertising for the website because all companies do not service this kind of adult content website. any recommend? thank you!

Search for sites that are related to yours. Google for them and see how they are monetizing their traffic.

I just hired one company which one of you people referred me. sadly, no luck of getting people join and buy membership... there is no guarantee. I really wish we could get an guaranteed paid signup but they are just scam... bummer :(
