For years I have had a huge dislike for cats

But recently a cute kitten has been coming into my garden, apparently it's called Batman and it's only got a short 2" tail. Don't know what happened to the rest of it.
It runs like a rabbit and is real playful, even with my two kids throwing soil and water at it lol.

not sure whether to laugh or cry... "even with my two kids throwing " :1orglaugh

I've never been into cats one little bit until we began looking after the homeless cat that's now our cat, staying in our apartment, fed in our home & now sleeps in it's home on the arm chair...

some are just adorable :thumbsup

The youngest is only two and for some reason she loves putting sticks and soil all on it's back. The cat doesn't mind though it happily plays with her.
Yesterday they were playing one potatoe, two potatoe from two sides of a fence.
The cat wold put it's paw through and my daughter would catch it then the kitten would put it's paw on my daughters hand then she would use her other hand ... over and over..

that's a really intelligent cat. I'd say your daughter is safe, but remember you can't trust any animal, they all can turn. Keep an eye on your daughter, you don't want the cat to suddenly scratch out & scratch her beautiful face hun x

I have the same kind of story, but I really don't understand the kids fascination towards animals.
They just enjoy animals around, especially cats.
But yeah, they are animals in the end man, and just keep an eye on those cats while the kids are around. :thumbsup

I have a dog but I also like cats - never understood people dividing themselves into cat or dog people; all animals are unique and great in their own way. If the kitten doesn't have a proper home why not adopt it :)

I have a cat that maintains order in my building. She's good at keeping other unwanteds out but tends to leave a few dead birds laying around now and then. With a bit over 12000sf most times I'm not sure how long these gifts have been left for me.

I guess some people are not so into cats because they got used to dogs always doing what they are told, while cats, on the other hand, are more on their own, you gotta understand them, I guess.

See, 4 idiots, all with no sigs, probably or possibly the same banned person. They all sound the same like DVtimes or Damian.

Where in fact, what I said was from our own personal experience.

We have taken in the homeless cat, a sweet, beautiful pussy. We feed her & she now has a place in our home.

https://scontent-mrs1-1.xx.fbcdn.net...41&oe=583C6202

here's a scratch across Gary's chest. He got it the other night, picking her up & yet she's now tamed. It wouldn't look nice having similar across Smack Dat's daughters face.

The only fucking creepy people here are SilentKnight, Relic, xXXtesy10 & AMDwarrior, in a thread that have not posted about, just pure hostility, abuse & harassment.

You fucking wierdos with some serious mental health problems!

I bet I could have seconded, 3rd, 4th & 100th on that! Now GFY

Maybe if someone left some food out in a specific place, she wouldn't hunt birds & would still leave your building clean of rats & vermin.. an idea :thumbsup

get my point... you have to choose one of us, one minute you speak to me, then Gary.

Can't you just call me Gspot or GspotProductions, as I have the respect to call you Relic & not Damian or DV...

it's obvious you're trolling & second, third, forth, maybe 5th account like SilentKnight, xXXtesy10 & AMDwarrior :2 cents:

I would re-phrase it. Don't trust to the kids because they are less predictable than animals. Keep an eye on 'em, if you don't want your kitten to be accidentally killed :2 cents:

A friend of mine has bought a rabbit for his 3 year old daughter. He and his wife haven't seen how it happened, but the rabbit has appeared dead in the arms of their little girl in the first day... The conclusion: keep your kids away from the small animals.

omg, I don't know what to say... :helpme

My partner & I both looked after animals from a young age & had pets from 4 or 5 onwards. What would make any human do this to an animal? Maybe the rabbit did die, was it fed on lettuce? Lettuce is actually not good, the rabbit cannot digest the lettuce and many people think this vegetable is a good food for rabbits :warning

So that's why his spine was broken... Personally I would never leave our tomcat with a small kid.
