Works great except the connection drops.. a lot.

I have a newer one I probably should connect but I don't know how to get it to connect. I don't know it's password.

Our router came with the company, it's meant to be 4g, had a decent network until 2 months ago, they said "we're doing work on our services and we're making them better"...

Seems you'll have to get a new router, but on the bright side, they're reasonable price these days & you'll probably increase your stable net 2 fold :thumbsup

Heaven's gate is a compuserve router.

Just find the reset button. Usually a small pin hole you stick a pen in that resets the router to its default settings when pushed for several seconds.

Hardware that old might lack a reset button.

He mentioned he had a newer one but couldn't use it because he didn't know the password.
