I've both payoneer & ccbill. This would be handy if they do for that faster lower cost payment :2 cents:

ACH is only between bank accounts that are in banks that are members of the US Fed.

My bank charges a commercial account $0.18 per ACH transaction.

$10K costs $10,000.18

Talk to CCBill and Payoneer. I have no idea what they could do or cannot do. I was just making a statement of fact about ACH.

This has been up several times before.

The answer then, as I assume to be right even this time, is
No, that is not allowed.

Payoneer trumpets their ACH "get paid by anyone" to your virtual bank account number service. But in reality, they selectively choose which payments to approve and which they deny and send back.

And since their terms for the US Payment service clearly says "no adult", they will reject anything that even smells of adult transactions, as their way of not losing their co-operation with the bank they work with.

that will be amazing!
