So anyway, there's this which says light DOES have inertial mass. This guy is super highly respected but has some theories that are not universally accepted.

c'mon GFY this is exciting shit! If light has inertial mass, it can be used for propulsion.

Why would it not? You have Photons in motion, and based on newton's second law, therefor it will have a mass.
