order for us to accept your Passport, we kindly ask you to submit a photo of the document (not a scan) making sure that all the information and safety features are clearly visible.

Best regards!
What is going on?

What's the problem with simple scan?

CaptainHowdy 09-08-2016 05:13 AM

Maybe there's a problem with the scan you sent them??

Klen 09-08-2016 05:34 AM

Howmuch i know they request that only if you want ETF/ACH withdrawal.

Phoenix 09-08-2016 05:35 AM

So scan it ans save it as a jpeg

woj 09-08-2016 05:47 AM

just snap a pic of it, send it over to them, and move on?

Brian mike 09-08-2016 06:22 AM

Take a photo of the scan and send that.

BlackCrayon 09-08-2016 06:44 AM

there is going to be more and more hoops to jump through as more and more scammers take to these services. after the whole epass meltdown i just completely avoid them.

HowlingWulf 09-08-2016 06:49 AM

I'm glad they're vetting, but I don't remember going through so much trouble.

charlie g 09-08-2016 07:16 AM

they are the most difficult assholes I have ever dealt with. I really need to use them but getting support from them(from a person with a brain) is impossible.

Paul Markham 09-08-2016 07:37 AM

A scan or picture can both be forged. What's harder to forge is c chat on Skype where the client shows his face and documents.

or head over to a real company like payoneer. where there are no errors about using your funds :)

Naughty-Pages 09-08-2016 04:44 PM

I am guessing because it would be more noticeable if a photo were altered vs a scan...

I know they are picky as fuck, because each time I have had to send stuff in (to replace expired cards or a change of address), it takes several attempts to make them happy... Things like "edge of license touched edge of scan.. lmao... you really do need to work for it.

And their cards have a much shorter expiration time than paypal, etc..

Sometimes a scan does not pick up all the necessary information on the document. If we requested a photograph, that is likely the reason. Please make sure the photograph is high quality, full size, full color, and uncropped with all the borders of the document visible. Thanks :)

hiya Ruth :)

yes man theyre serious even the part about filling in the doc with blue/black ink and centering the photo like 100% correct with no shadows etc took me about a good 7 attempts to get it all right. service is great once youre all setup and rolling though

I agree with you. It's the bosses company and it's their rules.

As for scans, unless someone has a very good scanner a photo on a decent cell phone is best. Also how about asking for a photo of the person holding the ID next to the face?

That was the norm the offline 2257 documentation. We did it or didn't sell.

Do as they said and get the ball rolling my friend...

ngentotkontol 09-10-2016 01:35 PM

I will do both. Usually others do not like photos because that means somebody have to hold the edge and they will complain that they got to see the corner.

Every single time its something new, to the point where I gave up.
They wanted a scan of my passport then a photo of me holding that passport, they said 4 times that the image I took holding the passport wasn't good enough. I closed the account.
