A team to run a big tube site properly
I'd like to ask the bigger players among you what you believe are the minimum amount of team members necessary to run a big tube site which hosts the videos.
If you had the site built custom and already uploaded some content, where would you go from there? Would you hire a legal consultant, server uploaders, seo team, marketing specialist or media buyers, PR team etc etc. What is the ideal way to really launch a big and legal tube site? Thanks to all for any advice :) |
One man and 5 up-loaders and maybe a top notch designer, If you need a guy skpye me best-in-bc im looking for work.

You need a programmer, an seo guy (who will deal with social media and all kind of marketing and media buy), a writer and 2-3 uploaders.
Skype me if you want more details. |

You need your legal in check (depends on jurisdiction) You need to be able to pay for and run servers with little or no return for a period of time. Someone with server admin skills. You need unique text descriptions and titles on videos. You need enough money for traffic to kickstart it. You need a support system for dealing with DMCA requests because even if you're only using sponsor videos you're still going to get errant DMCA requests from DMCA agents running automated systems. |
