Advise me where to learn about servers etc
 

I want to obtain basic and clear knowledge of hosting/server, meaning management of Cpanel, WHM, dedicated server etc? anyone got ideas?

Go to school to a Linux System Administrator. Or download some tutorials online. My friend co-runs a large web hosting business out of Brazil and it's not for the weak. I know a little bit just to get things running and installing necessities for the server. But I cut corners and have a self managed server. When it goes down, you gotta trouble shoot and beg for help. All my VPS and DEDICATEDS have CPanel which is a godsend. I can't remember who it is but some have video tutorials just for what you need. But the name is just running a blank.

Learn Unix. Once you've done that, start with all the other stuff you mentioned.

Until you know Unix, you won't be able to properly manage a dedicated server.
