Need some thoughts on starting a free site
 

Hey Everyone,

Currently, I run three sites, essentially all blogs etc. All free of course. In any case, I want to start diving into having an actual video/movie site.

Obviously, the idea of a Tube-style site comes to mind and not against that but would anyone be willing to point me in the right direction?

Or any other thoughts on something else than a tube? Not lookin for something revolutionary here, just something to add as an extra to help build overall traffic.
