Nassau & Grand Bahama Island, Bahamas - What to do?

So I'm going on a cruise to Nassau and Grand Bahama Island.

I have no interest in the regular touristy stuff.

What can I do on these islands besides the usual tourist bullshit?

This is probably tourist stuff, but went to the Bahamas a bunch of time, always stayed on Paradise Island. Swim with dolphins, submarine tours and visited Gilligan's Island lol

Besides the usual tourist stuff? Go to the grocery store and buy some groceries, then the laundromat and do your laundry. Then catch a movie. Everyone will think you are a local.
