Now that Epoch aren't directly paying affiliates, what are different sponsors doing?
As most of you know Epoch are no longer paying affiliates, instead they pay the sponsor then the sponsor has to pay the affiliates. I'm starting this thread so as sponsors can share what their ideas/plans are for going forward.
Understandably not every sponsor is going to want to be involved with the hassle of paying affiliates, some will want a direct replacement for what Epoch was doing, but what other options should be considered? If they were to switch completely from Epoch to CCBill would that have to mean a complete loss of rebills? One sponsor I know planned to pay webmasters via Paypal, but almost right away had their Paypal account closed down. Now they are thinking of switching to CCBill, but my understanding is that it will mean a complete loss of rebills (I have 30+ with them), they have excellent rebill retention, it would be a big loss for all involved. Please share your thoughts/ideas/plans? |
Sounds like they need a middle man. That's Christopher Malick could offer a solution
|
time for everyone cut out the middle man,
bitcoin! bitcoin doesn't judge, ive been getting payouts in bitcoin lately much better than paypal, ccbill, epoch, checks, enough is enough, bitcoin for the future! |
They could do ACH / Wire / Paxum / Payoneer. The last two are as easy as Paypal, and adult friendly.
If they don't want to handle payments themselves, maybe Sliiing could pay the affiliates for the Epoch rebills? I'm not sure. |
Chexx would do it :thumbsup

There's another reason to switch to either CCBill or NATS though. Hiding the webmaster ID from big G. |

NATS doesn't solve that issue. |
we contacted close to 100 sponsors in this situation. sadly 95% of them didn't even reply and we had to stop sending traffic. seems most sponsors that were on epoch alone were dead programs on autopilot.

Any sponsor/sites having issues with their payouts can hit me up and if interesting for both parties we will add you to Payserve and will take care of it all. |

We can indeed take care of the affiliate payouts for new signups & rebills as well. The affiliates do not have to change any tracking link, they still use the Epoch ones. Sliiing would then track trafffic & signups, at the end of the pay period the sponsor sends us the amount due to the affiliates and we send out the payouts instead of Epoch sending out the payouts. The affiliates would have access to their stats in the Sliing admin panel. |
The trouble is, haven't Epoch said they will be closing down Epochstats completely sometime in 2017? So it would be wise for sponsors to find another solution for stats now along with a payment solution.

While NATS doesn't handle making the affiliate payments for you, we work closely with various companies who are integrated within our platform that do exactly that. So all you would need to do is export the affiliate payments report and let them handle the rest. If you are just looking purely for a tracking platform, one that can manage your publishers, media buys and advertiser accounts, our NATS for Networks platform helps you to track, analyze and optimize your mobile and online digital marketing. Perfect for cams, dating and CPA networks looking to gather that actionable data and increase their revenue. Just hit me up and we can discuss the special deal. All contact info and links are in sig :) Cheers |
