Normally when a refugee comes in, they must register and seek asylum in the country they arrive. That are the rules.
But when Merkel said, everybody come here. Greece and other countries let everyone pass and go to Germany cause they couldn't handle it anymore. For example, before the EU Germany was 10 times richer than Greece. Now 15 times... While some countries profit, other will suffer for many more years. Europe saved the banks, and not Greece.

Now Merkel sees the shit she did, she want the refugee back to the countries where they arrived. Offcourse Greece is giving her the finger, and all other countries will. She wanted 1 million refugees, she got them and can keep them. In the mean time Turkey only sent refugees firther with no education or use for Turkey.
