EFT Withdrawal remains temporarily unavailable, but we should have that reinstated soon.

What's the best way to get a withdrawl to Canada? Cheques came from a company in Vancouver that wasn't related to chexx as far as I know.

Regarding Europe. I have sent a message to Ruth and it was ignored. Fortunately, I have stopped people paying me via Paxum. This needs to be worked out fast or we need info or Paxum will gain a bad rep.

The form to request a check seems to work. Can we use it safely? thanks

I had a communication from Ruth regarding European Wires. She has no date to give. Pity she's so allusive here.

I assume you mean European EFT, not Wires. Wires never stopped working, and they are worldwide, just more expensive than EFT.

With Wires you don't have to suffer their horrible USD->EUR exchange rates though. It's worth it for bigger transfers. (Because if you use EFT for a big amount, you have to split it into multiple transactions due to Paxum's EFT limit. So you pay the EFT fee multiple times, too.)

I applaud Ruth for ignoring this annoying old fart nagging about withdrawing his 105 Euros. Paxum rocks!

Would appreciate an answer here too for the EFT, wire fees to high for small amounts and no one is answering messages (so far)

For the record:

Wire withdrawal is available and working fine (to anywhere/everywhere).

ACH withdrawal (EFT to US banks) is available.

Cards are working fine.

Add funds by Wire is working fine.

P2P transfers are working fine.

The only aspects of our service currently affected are: EFT withdrawal and Check Withdrawal, which are temporarily unavailable.

Paxum found my missing wire and told me they are going to send it again with a different bank this time. Hopefully I receive it sometime next week :D

I am absolutely certain that you don't earn anywhere close to a quarter of what I do, now stop bothering paxum over your miniscule bullshit.

Can you ask your tech team to turn off check withdrawal and put it back up only once safe to use? This is really confusing as it is right now and I mean not all your customers are hanging around here...
