It does not look bad. You should add atleast two banners per page, I would add one in the first row. Does it allow adding scene descriptions?

I wasn't expecting that for a theme that has been coded from scratch.

BTW I didn't mention in the first post the different uses that the theme was designed for: tube video embed's, affiliate programs hosted videos and embeds, affiliate programs mgp with thumb links.

Add bulk videos with a free plugin like WP Ultimate CSV Importer or any of the premium plugins available out there.
Add manually or edit after bulk import for best SEO and visitor experiences.

You can add 2 banners per page (in the content) on the index pages etc, the demo only has too few videos on each page to show both (now it shows). You can also add banners just above the video thumbs (content) and below which will show on all pages.

Yes it allows for scene descriptions (that will show on the single video viewing page), as well as tag & category descriptions.
On the single video page you can also show a big link to the paysite the video is from (using the custom field "link").

The theme also have other features that are hidden in the demo. I will look into that, just wanted to post it asap.

Great, did you think about adding the rating feature? I will take a look how it looks on the mobile devices and comment more later on.

Looks very nice ! I am not into tubes but I really like your theme !

Cool theme, there's one problem with it though. It has a bug in the linking code which fails to open the actual posts when viewed with Safari. Clicking on the thumb only reopens the homepage again in a new tab.
Works well in other browsers and I think I might know what's causing it. If I fix it before you do I'll update this thread.

Thanks for checking that out for me. I have no apple products and the newest Safari I have found for Windows is from 2012. That version seems to struggle with HTML 5 video and iframes. I hope they have better support for it in the newer versions. I wouldn't bother you with working on the theme but hey, if you find the issue please let me know :)

Appreciated! I am working on adding a more satisfying rating feature. At the moment you can only import a rating value or add it manually to the "rating" custom field. Will post an update if I get the new rating features to work.

My reference was not to your code, but to tube content in general...:2 cents: sorry for the misunderstanding.

Tubes ripping off my content cost me a lot of money...

Safari only fails because of the hover effect. Something with those Javascript calls. However the developer info in Safari sucks so I couldn't pull to much info yet. All other links that don't have that hover effect work without issues. The developer preview of Safari doesn't show any errors though so I'd rather say their rendering engine is broken and not the code.
Anyhow with less than 5% marketshare this is not a big deal.

Looks nice. I think that you should add one or two ad spaces to the theme. Also I think that the effect of white text is a little bit too much.

But I like that is clean and simple to use. Congratulations.

Thanks to the feedback I added some new things to the theme:

• 2 More widget areas for ads within the loop/content. Now you can display ads at the very first thumbnail position and the very last. Great for small pages where the other in content ads wont show because of too few video thumbs and great for large tube pages for adding some more ad space.
  
• Ratings will now convert to a 1-10 scale, and built in support for the WP-PostRatings plugin with custom stars to go with the theme design. Check out the theme page for more details on how to enable this.
  
• Added some dark transparent backgrounds to the quality, duration and ratings values on the thumbs, as well as a "/10" to the ratings so it's easier to know it is a ratings number. As well as :hover titles that describes what these fields show.
  
• The performance issues in Safari should be fixed as it should not render the "play icon" nor the thumb shadows/lights.

I'm still appreciating more feedback on it!

Really like your theme, but i have a problem using it :(
Clicking on the play button doesn't lead to the video, only to a new tab onto the index of my website.
Could you help me out?
