Help please

I Know this is not the proper Forum, but it gets the most attention:

I have some search / Image sites that have lost a lot of SEO Traffic

These sites started to receive dmca notifications in google webmaster tools for "search terms" like pornstars or normal searches ex: "chaka titties" or "teen/page1" where teen lists a various amount of models under the tag teen or we received dmca notifications for sitemap.xml. How do you counter these dmca's is there "fair use". How do you justify the counter notification?

Any help is appreciated...Thanks

Contact Webmaster Tools and ask WTF. Since it's not infringing on anything, it should be set back to normal.
If you don't respond to Google DMCAs and get more issues, they can see it as being a repeat infringer and close the account.
You have to respond to Google for every takedown notice to be sure they notice..
Stupid things like 301s can cause that, too, sometimes..

Agreed. OP, Make sure you take care of this ASAP, as you really don't want to be blacklisted by Google. On another note: Bing allows adult ads (up to a point)
