ISIS hasn't perfected the technology yet however this is troubling news. ISIS and other Jihadis will be using modified and cheaply obtained commercial drones in an attempt to extend their reach and lack of numerical superiority on the ground.

Dirty bombs in population centers delivered by consumer available drones is a nightmare scenario.
