it has that potential. although it takes place in the same story line as the original movies it still has mostly original characters and a new tale to tell. I liked 7 but this may come off a bit more fresh and jump start the offshoot movies they plan on doing every year.

Looks much better than that piece of shit Episode VII. Rogue 1 (Star Wars 3.5) so far looks like a true Star Wars original that fits in nicely.

Now that Darth Vader is back, they just can't go wrong..... unless they let this moron contribute to the storyline:

Meh... for some reason I'm just not excited about Star Wars anymore. I saw the last movie only once. I liked it, but I don't really have too much interest in seeing it again, or rushing out to see the new one.

Yeah me too, saw the last one also and it was good but nothing to go berserk, I/m not even excited about new ones anymore...

Having a new death star to destroy in every movie is getting old. Almost as old as the "chick" bad ass thing..
