Typical shitty Russian propaganda a video of a normal Truck system with no action shots while claiming they can shoot Lazer beams from their asses..

Almost as good as the Iranian cardboard drones..

Daily mirror are idiots calling it a "death ray". It's just some electronic warfare for disabling the enemy tectonics and hiding ours from their systems by mans of electronic jamming - nothing revolutionary. And course it doesn't kill anybody, but it can jam your mobile for example ;)

Won't work in the real life. As SDI tests have shown, even in the outer space lasers are very ineffective. In the atmosphere they are quite useless as a weapon. An old good missile is 100x times cheaper and 100x times more effective - it can operate far outside of the visual range, it doesn't care if there is a smoke, steam or something else on its way, it doesn't need electricity etc...
