Panorama: Paxman on Trump v Hillary.

I urge all Americans to watch it. The bullshit starts early from the Establishment side claiming Trump's control of the media has kept him in the race. Accusing Americans supporting Trump to be stupid.

BBC Panorama?s Jeremy Paxman On Trump V Clinton Previewed On Today Programme

Paxman is one you would expect to be on Clinton's side. It will give Americans a view from the outside.

Paxman presents the Establishment's view of the situation in politics. The program is mostly anti-Trump refusing to look at the real reasons Trump is in the race. The rigged Republican race, then the rigged Democratic race, now the rigged Presidential race.

While the people in the US who form the lower 60% get poorer. Become more detached from politics yet with enough of them voting for the people who are making Washington dysfunctional. He points out the Democrats are becoming more left wing, while Republicans move further to the right. Without addressing why people vote to continue the problems.

This was happening in Europe with the EU. More and more people are voting for politicians in County elections and EU elections who are determined to bring down the EU. How many American politicians want to change the US political system of the Electoral College? This allows a candidate with fewer votes to become President.

Quote:

In 2000, George W. Bush was declared the winner of the general election and became the 43rd president, but he didn?t win the popular vote either. Al Gore holds that distinction, garnering about 540,000 more votes than Bush. However, Bush won the electoral vote, 271 to 266.
Unless Americans and Europeans start voting for the people who are dedicated to stopping the drain of jobs and money out of the West. The drain will continue. Clinton will carry it on. Given a decent Republican Candidate with some or Trump's message, she would have conceded by now.

the electoral college was divised when the smallest of the 13 colonies rejected a new US constitution on the grounds of under-representation of small states vs states with big populations.

without an electoral college, all candidates would simply campaign in the biggest cities, & thats it. urban liberal city politicians & their priorities would dominate over farm states & small populations.

at least the electoral college makes smaller states matter to the election.

as far as polls, they were WILDLY wrong about brexit. they under-represented the exit voter, exactly like the US media is fudging US polls on hilary. hilary is not up by 11 points! nobody shows up at her rallies. one poll has her down 3!

& the one where she is down 3, called 2012 spot on. all liberals discount LATimes, even though LAtimes is...liberal.

liberals see only what they want to see. hilary is going down. they refuse to see it under the blizzard of liberal bullshit they live on.

:)

I see the point for the Electoral colleges back then. But one candidate just grabbing victory in one State and getting all the Electoral College Votes. Defeats the original purpose. Because it makes campaigning in California far more important than campaigning in Ohio.
