Is there a way to force YouTube vids louder?..

For example in Kodi and VLC you can crank the sound on quiet videos - When I am using my laptop I can't hear most YT vids...

It's a pain in the ass.....

There is probably a tool which will crank your overall windows sound up.

I use boom for my Mac...

my vlc on android does nt go above 100%
