PPC legitimate traffic for low cost

I need to get PPC legitimate traffic for low cost.

Following bot traffic providers are not accepted:

Plugrush
TrafficHolder

I need US / UK visitors, I can pay max 0.05$ per click :thumbsup

I purchased traffic before and never had any luck with conversions. I made conversions but I never made a profit! The only time I made a profit with adult was from Google and Yahoo organic traffic!

That's the problem. So within the huge internet.. we are unable find a place for legit low cost adult traffic :(
