Just a heads up, Twitter and the API are down worldwide. There are certain areas that are still getting an intermittent connection. But for now, it is pretty much out.

i have the feeling there is a worldwide DNS issue

Beginning of the end for Twitter.

major cyber attack going on right now. twitter, paypal, ebay, netflix and playstation network down, allthough it looks like ebay is up and running again. juicyads also down

Russia vs Usa cyberwars.

I've seen various ad networks go up and down, same with Twitter, back down for me right now.

Allow me to paste what I said on FB.

It was front page news this morning when I woke up. Looks like most of the east coast was down.

It's because of the ongoing attacks against DYN DNS

Basically America sucks.

There was an article in the NYT's about it today.

Attacks on big infrastructures like DYN look like are getting more frequent and powerful. They are nervous people will attack online polls during the elections as well.

Overall good read. Would share but can't post links here yet.
