I have found the following on GFY ( in the last 12 months and all are doing excellent job):

1) programmers who buit two new streaming websites for me with shop and "all the bells and whistles"..( no fucking tubes but real stream VOD sites)

2) two manual uploaders.

3) DMCA " police woman"

Looking forward of hiring more from here.
