If I'm reading the story correctly, the guy is out of jail, but part of the deal he cut to be released is that he would be released with a felony on his record. Now he is trying to be pardoned for that felony so it comes off his record. So, it sucks he won't review it, but at least the guy isn't sitting in jail for something he didn't do.

I was just pointing out that he wasn't rotting in jail because Pence won't pardon him. There have been cases where DNA evidence proved a person's innocences and the state continued to fight it, keeping them in jail for years with various bullshit proceedures.

Large job creating companies which inject money into our economy are leaving the US exponentially faster under Obama then any previous President. US business tax is currently at 35% and Trump wants to lower it to 15% to bring back the huge companies.

20% additional for a US company is very, very attractive. Companies stay in US, more people get jobs, more money gets spent. The economy grows. It's exactly what Reagan did to stimulate the economy.

Here's some eye candy for you. This is 2 years old also. Many more companies have left between 2014 and 2016.
