DOJ Complaint Filed Against FBI Director James Comey For Interfering In Presidential Election

If Comey?s actions were politically motivated, he would be in violation of the Hatch Act.

Outrage is growing over Comey?s actions as details about the FBI investigation have revealed that it has nothing to do with Clinton, her emails, or her server.

Director Comey?s motives for sending the letter 11 days before a presidential election have been questioned by both Republicans and Democrats.

DOJ Complaint Filed Against FBI Head James Comey As Hillary Clinton Calls For Disclosure On Anthony Weiner Emails

Comey is a registered Republican who donated to U.S. Senator John McCain's campaign in the 2008 presidential election and to Governor Mitt Romney's campaign in 2012 presidential election.

wouldn't be surprised.. Republicans seem to love witch hunts. So far this so called "new leak" seems more about Weiner than Hillary..

Barry-xlovecam 10-29-2016 09:26 AM

The Clinton Campaign has openly challenged the FBI Director to disclose the emails in question -- so far the FBI Director has not.

We will see this coming week if he responds (and how) to the Clinton Campaign's demand ...

I'm wondering if the how hard the Wiener probe will have to be to penetrate the election.

Justice officials warned FBI that Comey?s decision to update Congress was not consistent with department policy

Senior Justice Department officials warned the FBI that Director James B. Comey?s decision to notify Congress about renewing the investigation into Hillary Clinton?s private email server was not consistent with long-standing practices of the department, according to officials familiar with the discussions.

Comey told Justice Department officials that he intended to inform lawmakers of newly discovered emails. These officials told him the department?s position ?that we don?t comment on an ongoing investigation. And we don?t take steps that will be viewed as influencing an election,? said one Justice Department official who spoke on the condition of anonymity to describe the high-level conversations.

?Director Comey understood our position. He heard it from Justice leadership,? the official said. ?It was conveyed to the FBI, and Comey made an independent decision to alert the Hill. He is operating independently of the Justice Department. And he knows it.?

hey smartfest - do you think there should be outrage that possible classified intelligence is residing on a private residence of a former congressman that is so reckless he flirts with 15 year old girls while taking topless selfies, with a boner, next to his child? :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

Its supposed to be illegal to possess classified emails. you might want to be mad about that first. :1orglaugh

Grapesoda 10-29-2016 10:29 AM

what a shame really, the country is struggling with several issues and our leaders are like third graders shouting they looked at me, they cheated, that said bad things.

and these politicians and reporters don't even have enough integrity to be ashamed, which they surely should be $.02

It is the only conclusion that makes any sense. He closed it once and hoped it just went away, he is not reopening the case to simply close it again.

Hillary is looking at a plethora of charges which all carry prison sentences.

for all we know, the investigation could go into obstruction of justice & evidence tampering, not to mention any & all dirt coming out of wikileaks.

remember that scene in the shining?

When FBI Director James Comey wrote his bombshell letter to Congress on Friday about newly discovered emails that were potentially ?pertinent? to the investigation into Hillary Clinton?s private email server, agents had not been able to review any of the material, because the bureau had not yet gotten a search warrant to read them, three government officials who have been briefed on the probe told Yahoo News.

At the time Comey wrote the letter, ?he had no idea what was in the content of the emails,? one of the officials said, referring to recently discovered emails that were found on the laptop of disgraced ex-Rep. Anthony Weiner, the estranged husband of top Clinton aide Huma Abedin. Weiner is under investigation for allegedly sending illicit text messages to a 15-year-old girl.

As of Saturday night, the FBI had still not gotten approval from the Justice Department for a warrant that would allow agency officials to read any of the newly discovered Abedin emails, and therefore are still in the dark about whether they include any classified material that the bureau has not already seen.

?We do not have a warrant,? a senior law enforcement official said. ?Discussions are under way [between the FBI and the Justice Department] as to the best way to move forward.?
Any other way to get a Retard in the White House ?

"A grassroots coalition known as the Democratic Coalition Against Trump issued a press release yesterday stating that a complaint has been filed with the Department of Justice against FBI Director James Comey for interfering in the presidential election...."

Real credible. Anyone can file a complaint.
