Her 33k emails are about to be released one way or another is my guess. Rumor is Huma had all of them kept as an insurance policy of sorts. But Kim Dotcom is also saying that wikileaks has them.

I agree that it doesn't appear that tweets have been deleted (I was just reviewing their twitters on wayback machine.). I still think it's odd that a campaign manager doesn't use twitter to hype his candidate much and the head of the DNC has no pics of herself with the Democratic candidate for president on her twitter.
