Ya if you're wanting someone who can actually do the job you want a experienced webmaster/SEO expert/Rep/Social Media Guru don't come cheap (you're talking 4 jobs here) and if they do - be careful of their experience. Do a thorough search or you're wasting money - that's IF you're attempting to actually pay them and not do a "commission or ownership split" which never works.
