Loyalty discounts - do you use them?
 

My experience has shown that they are effective and promote higher retention, especially with solo-girl and niche based sites.

If you're not using them, maybe it's time to try and increase your overall membership base numbers.

Not sure if I understand the "loyalty" bit... But we have ( streaming videos, not memebrships) and it states PLAINLY: buy 4 get 5th one free (must enter a code) and only about 1/2 take advantage... The rest pay 20 bucks extra for the 5th vid.... go figure :2 cents:

Yes, they are a good thing to have. :)

Stay a member for X months and get Y.

Y can be anything from unlocking other areas of the website, a private cam show with the model, maybe a gift from the model, a % discount or maybe a free month membership, etc...

also interactivity (forums, raffles, contests, etc...)

We don't because we may end up loosing money on subscribers if we charge less, but like GFED wrote, we offer complimentary expanded access (ability to download certain types of updates that are usually streaming-only) for subscribers who stay on longer.

Yeah, used to drop a couple of dollar on the second month and then $16 from 3rd onwards for life...

Not sure we can do this with modelcentro, if they're listening... I'd be interested in a 3rd drop for loyalty :thumbsup
