Can you make $20k a month from a microniche paysite in 2-3 years?

Thats my goal $20k a month in 2-3 years but I dont know if this is the right way to get there. If you worked very hard how likely is that?

I have a microniche paysite that makes around $2k a month and Im debating if I want to dedicate myself to it and try to hit my goal.
Or if theres a limit to how far a small site can go and I'd be better off doing something else. :helpme

Its hard when you're working alone and have no idea what the potential of anything is.

This is going to be your problem right here.

Not whether or not it's actually possible, but the waffling on if you can commit to it. If you waffle on a commitment/decision, the answer to the question is going to be "no."

You need to be willing to bleed for 2-5 years or the desired results will never really take foothold. If you are willing to bleed for 2 years, go for it. Get your $20k. If you are not willing to bleed, recognize that and take a step back.

Awesome advice. Yeah I waffle a lot because I wasted a lot of years on a bad business and I get nervous to do it again.

Youre totally right though. I saw this on LinkedIn

Go for it.
Experience has shown me that a webmaster I knew with reading - training turned his microniche site to a respectable traffic and conversions making over 20k. His desire and determination to learn helped him make it possible.

There is probably more money in making up bullshit stories about celebs and politicians.

The more ridiculous the better.

Clinton worships Satan. The proof is in the pizza.........sell ads.........profit !

You can do it but you need tones of organic traffic. For that you need a small network of sites to send traffic to your money site.

Great question, and one member commented on virtual reality material and that could land you in a good spot to convert people to paying members. Try to look ahead, where MAY this business go? Will it be a freemium business model? Content is king, you may hear that but now alot of content is free and saturated. Why is yours better?

If I can offer you advice, try to pick a microniche competitor of your product. Spend 60 days selling it like your life depended on it. If you don't make money, do not proceed investing your own. If you do, then put a plan together and start it up :)

What's the significance of 2-3 years time frame?

You can start making this much in 4-6 months, starting from scratch.

All you need is a good website+billing setup.

Then it's all about traffic. But if you don't know wtf you're doing then even 10 years won't be of any help.

This is good advice. If you can't sell someone else's product as an affiliate you shouldn't really start your own. Having a paysite has advantages, but driving the traffic and sales is the actual work.
