The inevitable swing to the Right and the Liberal Agenda.

Trump, Brexit, Austrian Presidential election, Merkel getting trounced, now Le Penn. And there's more to come.

The problem is the majority are getting poorer while Governments worry about issues that are side shows.

The Liberals have made more people poorer and a tiny few richer beyond their huge greed.

Getting closer paul.

a serious question: do you factor in immigration, legal and illegal in to your "majority are getting poorer" statement referring to the west or are you specifically referring to the world in it's entirety? do you have a solution that is real world practical?

Yes.

Unless migration is strictly controlled low wage earners grow at a rate the country cannot support. They often need benefits even if in work, they take the jobs of low-skilled workers and both lower wages and put indigenous people out of a job. With the progress of automation, most of these people will be access to requirements.

The only solution is to tax imports from countries that rely on cheap labour to undercut Western Workers and production Plants. Unless those countries buy as much as they sell to the First World.

Then a cut in the population. Limit Child Care and tax deductions to 1 or 2 children. It's not people in a shop that drive's spending, it's the money in the people's pockets. Assuming the people with money aren't only the 10%.

The only other solution is the top 20% pay a lot more in taxes to support the growing poor sector. That doesn't solve the root of the problem and costly. The problem will be getting large corporations to allow politicians to carry through the measures.

Europe is turning against the EU. America is turning against the Washington bubble. The EU will be reformed in a big way or disintegrate, they're now talking about making Europeans poorer to scare them away from voting to exit the EU. Will Americans start to kick out the politicians on billionaires payrolls?

Yes I know Trump is a billionaire, you guys messed up not voting for Sanders. When are the next set of elections?

What do conservatives (rightists) and liberals (leftists) have in common? Their own kind of corruption.

The pendulum always swings too far one way for the other. We need to find a good middle ground and cruise right there.

Nationalism is putting one's own country first. Globalism is putting other countries first.

If you're American you have no clue of far Left/Right any Government. You've had pro-billionaires governments for most of your life. In Europe we have pro-bureaucratic governments.

This can be seen in the growth of a small sector of people at the expense of the rest.

He would scare the living daylights out of the bought politicians. If you want a Government that works for you, that Government has to fear the people. Not be ambivalent to them.

It will take a lot of elections to get to that stage, Sanders or Trump are one small step in a long journey to take back power.

No, it was not. US politicians need private and corporate donors to get into power and stay there. So they do what those donors want. That puts the voters needs into second place or could it be third or fourth?

You really don't get it, do you. Statement not fact.

You have no choice if Americans get off their asses and vote for candidates that offer solutions for the masses and not the elite. Populists Governments are hated because they're popular. It was engineered so Clinton's opponent was Trump by people who didn't consider Trump would win. This was the most rigged election in modern times. And it went ass up.

Will you be voting for more outsiders in the future? If you don't nothing changes.
