This is sick. Fuck you AMC.

Accidentally, just out of curiosity, started to watch The Walking Dead season 7 - people, what's the fuck? Who allowed that head blowing shit to be on TV? What is the fuck? Are you nuts?

Smack dat 11-20-2016 03:37 PM

Better that than showing a guys dick or some pussy or allowing the word f*ck.

EddyTheDog 11-20-2016 03:41 PM

It was pretty out there - Certainly the worst I have seen on TV - I'm guessing that was the plan though...

TheDynasty 11-20-2016 03:47 PM

As much as I hate this show got a link?

Fairly sarcastic.

What are they supposed to do? Keep everyone alive and feed them warm soda and pop tarts? It's gory for a reason. I'll remind you that it's a zombie show.

sicone 11-20-2016 04:15 PM

Cable TV (pay) has fewer restrictions than broadcast TV (free)

dillfly2000 11-20-2016 04:21 PM

I thought it was great. When ever they end someones contract they purposely try to do it in the worst way. It's kind of like an inside joke among the cast. Pretty sure they had fun doing it. I think TWD needed this shock, it was getting stale. Just wish they didn't follow the same formula every season.

gnawledge 11-20-2016 04:56 PM

The show is excellent. Violence, apocalyptic scenerio it's awesome. My wife and I fell in love with Senoia Georgia where Woodbury was filmed and where Alexandria is. We love the area so much we want to leave Florida and move there. It's such a quiet beautiful place.

The Porn Nerd 11-20-2016 04:58 PM

I've decided I only like TWD when the cast is being threatened or attacked by zombies. When its human vs. human it's just a gore show, an excuse to be as disgusting towards another human being as possible.

Yeah, my interest started waning during the whole prison crew vs. Woodbury soap opera. Dragged on far too long.

MrBottomTooth 11-20-2016 05:13 PM

I was more upset on how awful the second episode was. That retard with the cgi tiger and how moronic Carol is acting. It's like they do one really good episode and then hit you with 2 or 3 shitty ones on purpose. I thought the first episode was awesome.

I had to stop viewing the walking dead, must too harsh for me :2 cents:

bronco67 11-20-2016 05:57 PM

Walking Dead will make you feel icky when you watch the things the humans trying to survive will do to each other. Some of the coldest shit you will see in any movie or TV show. When violence is done in a certain way where they get the tone right, it can be difficult to watch -- even if it's not as gory as some other stuff you've seen.

This scene from Munich is a good example. Steven Spielberg gets it. Just raw, brutal unglamorized violence. There's lots of scenes like this on Walking Dead.

It wasn't because the actor's contract was up, they're following the comic's storyline.

As for gory, that's part of "The Walking Dead", and in fact they hold back a lot.

For example, in the comics Lori, Rick's wife, and their baby, get cut in half by bullets during the Governor's assault on the prison.

I only watched the first few episodes, and couldn't get into it. My GF is a hardcore fan however and has watched every episode Apparently that scene was way too much for her. It really freaked her out. I haven't seen it.

brassmonkey 11-20-2016 11:04 PM

watch a few saw movies :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh i love gore movies that shit i had to pause at times.

I happened to watch it earlier, must admit - it's sick. Basically, all the stuff non-professionals do is.

Most American TV shows and movies are brutal - even the ones who aren't outwardly about an apocalypse or crime. Violence gore - good. Sex/Intimacy - bad.

Screwed up priorities if you ask me.

Agree, I recall having a long conversation about the difference of showing sex and open skull on the screen...

That's probably one of the most brutal scenes I've ever seen on TV. Honestly I'm amazed they could air that on TV as I think it would require a R rating if it had been a movie. It is amazing that that's ok, but showing a bit of tits & ass is a no go..

Internet Guy 11-21-2016 10:39 AM

I'll never understand people enjoying that shit. Sick fucks. And it's on the darn TV. Socially acceptable sick fucks. Like that show "Dance Moms" with that morbidly obese heart-attack screaming at the "dancers" and calling it a show. Have at it, just don't come near me please.

altmman 11-21-2016 11:02 AM

To be honest the only thing I ever watched of that show was the Legos version, and I only lasted about 2 minutes before wanting to vomit and turned it off

Abso-fucking-lutely

The Americans that I love were the ones of the pre-1970s. Today's America is filled with moronic violent assholes. Being a decent human being in the United States must really suck big time

It's more relaxed over here.

Love scenes and excessive violence gives the writers a break from working too hard, stretches out the show and plays to the minds of American viewers. So boost ratings.

TWD is pure bullshit on top of bullshit. The mistakes in the writing are everywhere. If there was such a world the absolute #1 would be food and clean water. Watch Bear Grylls survivor programs to see how modern man fails when the apparatus of civilisation is removed. These people would have starved to death by now.

And the Government backed by armed forces would be in rule.
