name cheap hosting feedback?

anyone use namecheap hosting?

looking for just very basic hosting amd good support for low traffic simple sites.

anyone use them?

Denny 11-22-2016 11:06 AM

Never used them but as far as I know they don't allow adult.

Paz 11-22-2016 11:35 AM

Never tried namecheap but I've been using Dreamhost since 2007 and have been happy until very recently as they've been capping my resources and have started charging for malware scans (used to be free).

I'm very happy with Hawkhost shared hosting after a few months.

I'm an affiliate of yours. If your domains are low traffic want to piggy back off my hosting drop me a PM.

Cheers,
Paz.

Namecheap.com is for small mainstream sites.

I thought namecheap does not allow to host adult sites. Like I said in your other thread, I am very happy with the 247host hosting and they have an amazing (and fast) support. Check out my sig for the coupon code.

I've used namecheap in the past very reliable no down time never had problem with my adult sites even chatting with support about them everything has always been good.

Trust me, you'll be better off with Webair.com.

Namecheap hosting is great for shared ! I used them many years for a mainstream site and never had a single problem !

DigitalTheory 11-23-2016 10:53 AM

I had a dedicated server with them for a year and never had any issues at all. Hardly, if any, downtime and support was always great.

stick to hosting companies that specialize in hosting, not domain name companies that happen to sell hosting as an addon product...

BigFurry 11-23-2016 12:53 PM

I've been using their shared hosting for some very low traffic sites for years. Haven't had any problems at all. Worth the money I'm paying.

EddyTheDog 11-23-2016 01:05 PM

:thumbsup

Yep, Namecheap is for domains, there is no reason to use them for hosting when there are a lot of real hosting companies you can go with.

They allow adult if you buy a VPS. You can't host adult on their shared accounts.
