Mr.Porn Geek Vs ThePornDude

As Published on Fubar:

MrPornGeek Fights Back Against Monopolistic Tactics of ThePornDude

A new battle is raging among meaningful affiliates in the top list segment of adult affiliate marketing. Newcomer MrPornGeek.com is making progress by building strong relationships with dozens of affiliate programs and sending sales, even as repeated reports from sponsors show that ThePornDude is actively asking to have links to his site removed for fear of additional competition in the venerable space of top list sites.

?It?s troubling to see this sort of behavior by someone in the adult industry? Danny of Mr. Porn Geek explained. ?I?ve worked in many parts of this industry for years and one of the best things about it has always been the way that competitors cooperate with each other to make the pie larger instead of fighting over the size of each slice. Now, unlike almost everyone else, the guy running theporndude trying to get people to avoid working with my company, while acting like he invented the exact same kind of top list that has been around for more than decade. Hopefully the companies he contacts will be wise enough to tell him to stop acting this way, and will take a long-term view of what?s best for their businesses, because they will undoubtedly earn more working with both of us than settling for either one alone.?

These accusations aren?t new, and they aren?t unique to MrPornGeek. In fact a lengthy thread was recently created to discuss exactly these sorts of selfish business practices on GFY. Companies seeking new revenue sources are encouraged to contact [email protected] today to get their programs and sites added to the growing list of affiliate traffic options presented on the site.

?We certainly encourage everyone to keep doing business with theporndude, and honestly we hope he makes millions of dollars a month. We do not see competition as a concern; to us it inspires even better efforts from everyone involved. What people are starting to understand is that we are already making significant investments in traffic from ad networks, SEO efforts and site content creation. We aren?t going away any time soon, and while we may seem to just be getting started, we are confident we will quickly become a favorite affiliate of every company we work with. When someone asks them to cut their own revenue due to a monopolistic request, we believe most will be smart enough to do what is best for their own business, which includes working with everyone.?

theporndude has invested a lot of $$$ buying direct links. He has contacted me and other partners multiple times for price quote. I guess I shouldn't have ignored him.

TheDynasty 11-22-2016 06:15 PM

Rock On! Good Luck with everything!

kingdomforangels1824d 11-22-2016 07:40 PM

Paul Markham 11-23-2016 01:40 AM

Lawyer up guys and take it to the Supreme court. </sarcasm>

PornDude 11-23-2016 02:34 AM

Perfect decision Danny.

You didn't come with anything new and you want to build your paid PR attacking the site everybody knows.

Your monolog makes it look like Fubar contacted you when you just paid for the article. Then you accuse ThePornDude for the same thing :2 cents:

It looks like you just joined the board to tell us (PR again) about your site or are you ashamed to post with your nickname? :upsidedow

mopek1 11-23-2016 05:06 AM

How was this verified?

yuu.design 11-23-2016 05:43 AM

ThePornDude rocks :)

You know what's unfair is you say Danny attacking you. What about how you attacking other link lists saying they stole your idea or stole your site?
(even though these type of link sites have been around since the beginning of the internet)

I'm not trying to fight with you man.... but i still think how shitty that was of you to demand i remove certain links on my sites and then trashing our long standing link trades.
:disgust

I know you are not here to fight. People can choose who they want to work with.

But sometimes some choices are better than others :winkwink:

Some guys think you can throw some $$$ for various freelancers and the game will change :2 cents:

theporndude ti-a pus gand rau si contacteaza fiecare propietar de site in parte si ii cere sa stearga backlink-ul catre situlul tau. E viclean tare dar nu stie ca romanii au talent

Hey GspotProductions, actually this hasn't been our primary focus as of yet with "Pornstars On Twitter" but once we get around to it, which will be soon, I'll happily get you added.

Thanks
