I've been in business 3 years. Income varies widely 2500 month (low) to 13,000 (high). Average has been between 3-4K a month past 5 months, down to increasing the girls' rate, the niche, and losing 3 of my best girls to success in their lives (good for them, bad for business lol). Reliable girls are HARD to find. You must recruit non-stop. Treat your girls well, and they will bring in other girls. That said, many of my newer 'batch' treat this as side income. They are students - or work at other incall places - many nights we have more calls than girls available.

The site has potential if someone wanted to take it over, even change it to an escort service or something.

Ad costs also vary depending where you advertise - Eros, back page, etc. I'd be willing to provide training. Would include phone number, client list, website, email list, etc.

I keep good records - that said, I totally understand if interested buyers would be suspicious for any number of reasons. Given the nature of the business - the books are handwritten. I'm new on GFY ;-) So...I'll be a patient girl!

We are well reviewed on TER - and have a good number of regular clients who could vouch that I'm...not a scumbag.

But that's part of why I'm trying to make the website itself generate income, to have more 'tangibles' to make it more attractive to potential buyers.

We do have Google Analytics installed, and have for past 2 years, so that's something to gauge my income claims on - just seeing where visitors go on the page, how often they convert on booking page (although online bookings represent about 10% of our business), or on mobile when they use the phone number button on our website to call us.

This isn't rocket science - it's simple, but not easy, if that makes sense. It can be a lot of work, answering phones, fielding emails from time wasters, relying on unreliable girls, on fickle clients. Screening clients.

Lots of variables. The income is based on being open nights from 6pm-1 or 2am. Sometimes later, sometimes earlier. Shorter hours on weekends. We are outcall only - and incall has always been busier in NYC - so that's something you may want to consider.

I used to do it on my own 7 days a week - and finally hired an assistant. For someone with the means - you could basically outsource everything, and expect to still make $30K-$40K a year. I bet my assistant would gladly run the whole show for potential buyers. She's competent, honest, and loyal.

The site & the business has a lot of potential. I'm kinda burnt out from it, - and want to pursue writing, use my brain again, etc.

I realize this may be premature - but throwing this up to gauge interest :-)

Was is that same situation a while ago , it was a great experienced for 15 - 20 yrs to run those kind of business.

Thanks Brian Mike! I've found some networking events where I may find buyers. Will see. Not in a huge hurry to sell. I think building out the actual website property will be my best bet to back up it's value.

Fingers crossed. At least - I'm not stuck in an office. It's funny the lengths we self-employed types will go to - always working more than any office job - just to be our own boss lol.

I wouldn't have it any other way :-)
