Models ID verification

Hi Guys!

When creating a new service when do you need to have ID verification? What's the rule?

Example: A cam site needs ID verification for it's models but twitter has images of nude models as well but does not require id verification.

Is the rule here that the model earns from thea company and then you need to add ID verification?

Is there more legal stuff to be done in order to let models work for you? Is there any information somewhere out there on this topic?

Regards,
P.

Model needs to fill out a 2257 form with 2 forms of ID, a model contract, performance contract & STD form with copy of results. I know there's something I'm forgetting just got up need Starbucks.

Depends on what country your business claims domicile in.

Photo ID issued by a governmental authority, with the model's name, and the nation/state and the document's number visible, would be proof of age (as a minimum). For a more specific answer consult with your attorney.

This is how I do it.

1) Signed and dated release
2) Photo copies of their PICTURE ID (front and back)
3) Pictures taken of the talent holding their PICTURE ID next to their face (Front & back)
4) I let talent worry about their STD tests.

There used to be an Internet company called Dream Tank and they took the extra step of having the talent say on video that they were consenting to do a porn, that they were legal age adults, not under the influence of drugs or duress and they understood that they might catch a disease.

All this is pretty simple but if you're scared taking risks then you better go consult with a lawyer.

I have a very large cavity in my rear molar - should I use vice grips, needle nose, channel lock or straight jaw locking pliers to pull it out?

I know I should really go to the dentist but I figured this is easier and cheaper.

I would add. If shooting content do 3 at the start of every scene.

Doing this also stops models from claiming it was not a professional shoot.

You can really tell who's old school by their procedures.

I dont think they are still together. The last time I talked to Ron was about 5-6 years ago and he seemed to be back to focusing on his law practice. I havent heard about Brooke since AIM closed in 2011.

Here's her Twitter feed which seems to have gone cold...

That's a shame because I really liked both of them and I should have gotten to know them better back then. But that's how the porn industry cookie crumbles.
