for example . ON A TUBE SITE , i click a video" juliejoliee squirt" open a streamning page..and there are more videos showed from "juliejoliee" under " juliejoliee squirt" vid in same page..

Almost all tube themes for WordPress are able to show related videos (by title, by category or by tags). So I didn't get the question... For example, all these themes can do that: Wordpress Themes | Wordpress Tube and Photo Gallery Themes
