Using tax breaks to bribe Carrier to keep jobs in America is exactly opposite of his promise to fine & penalize companies threatening to take jobs to Mexico.

It's impossible to keep a position on anything because he has no position on anything, except what is in Donald Trump's interest at any particular moment.
