hubtraffic API

I am working on a tube site, I am using the hubtraffic API.
I put on line the first website but the API are not working,
is there some limit request for the API?

for now traffic is zero, but a lot of SPIDER are crawling the site.
I have to use some sort cache or it's better to store in a local DB
all the video info???

I've tried emailing their support about an unrelated issue (twice) and never got a reply. Not sure what's happening to their support.

I emailed them about it too- thier apis are now useless due to crazy request throttling...
