Why do sites that rely on flash not upgrade?F
 

For example isketch?

I have been playing that site on and off for 10 years but thy didn't bother upgrading and now I can't use it unless I install some obsolete software.

sponsors also have flash videos that they don't upgrade

Static video is the easy part ...

may be they are not making enough money to justify the move/upgrade.
