I use Paxum daily with no issues however I have not tried to process a withdrawal recently.

I am 99% sure Ruth is still with them.

Best of luck getting this resolved.

Since I have a Paxum card, I am withdrawing via card at local ATM.

>>>>>>>"Dear ,

The EFT withdrawal feature was at this point restored for bank accounts that are already verified.

We are trying to also have the verification of new bank accounts active again, however we cannot provide an estimate for when this will be done.

Therefore, you can either withdraw funds by EFT your already verified bank accounts or using your Paxum MasterCard.

Best Regards!">>>>>>>>>>

i think this is very odd they do not automatically verify a bank account when you add one, does anyone remember what the procedure was to verify a bank account with paxum was?

they used to ask for bank statement copies/photocopies , having your name and your address on it.
at least in my case.

I always use Paxum Mastercard at ATMs.

thats what i thought, so most people use statments to verify the paxum account anyway, strange they will not accept people who wish to move over to eft withdraw, simply saying "bank verification is suspended" when all they verify with is documents,

i mean to verify amazon or ebay not sure which it was now, they deposit $1 into bank account to achieve verification, you could half understand if this way of verification was being used

EFT verification involved completing a form and signing it, submitting it to us, and then we would send a small payment to the bank account details provided.

Upon receipt of the payment the account-holder needed to enter that small payment amount into their Paxum account to finalize verification of the bank account.

The process involved more than simply providing a document.

We hope to have EFT verification back in place soon, our team is working on it, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Thanks :)

they don't have the protection against fraud that amazon and ebay have. you never see those companies with frequent down time like paxum.
