It seems like pseudo-incest content has become more mainstream during the past couple of years. Anyone have any theories on how/when this became more acceptable? For a while, it was considered completely off-limits, the same way rape content was off-limits.

Mainstream as in more popular in porn or non-adult media?

The reason you don't see much of it is because Visa and Mastercard don't want to process for it. When they still did there was a lot of bestiality (these sites were doing 1000+ paysites sales a DAY).
