well if you're using it to make money then something you did triggered your account lock and the extra precautions. Either do as they ask or move on!

i absolutely refused to send them what they wants because it s impossible, i am not owner of accounts and overmore they have no reason to locked aged accounts which is already verified with same id i am sending them all over again, so i wonder why do they accept it since 1/2 years and currently telling me we can t confirme you are the owner ?

Looks like they just check the profil and saw everything that is why they behaving in such a manner, anyway i am still in communication with them and posting thread regarding this iusse and getting replies :-)
